All beats are available for non-exclusive licensing. By purchasing these beats, you agree to the terms set forth in the non-exclusive license agreement. A number of beats can be also purchased exclusively as well. Please contact us directly for exclusive licensing and pricing options as prices vary on beats available. Exclusive means that you can use the track to work on your project and not simply "rent" the beat under the terms found in the non-exclusive license agreement. All exclusively licensed beats will be removed from the website within 5 days of purchase and will no longer be available for non-exclusive licensing and download. Box 15067, Tucson, AZ 85708-5067. If a copy of the signed contract is not received within 7 days of purchased, a copy will be mailed to you directly for signature and return. No sure if you should purchase non-exclusively or exclusively? If you're working on a small project/demo or plan to use the beat for a song in limited distribution (mixtape, CD shopping, etc), then non-exclusive is probably the way to go. If you're thinking long-term, working on an album, or in major studio production, then we'd recommend exclusive licensing. Any beat listed below for purchase can be downloaded INSTANTLY and will be provided in CD-quality (192kbs) mp3 format.
